2. You agree that when purchasing credits or balances you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing and will not submit a fraudulent dispute.
If you make a fraudulent attempt to submit a dispute, we give you the right, if necessary, to reset all credits, close your account and/or permanently block your IP address.
Credits added to COGotini are irreversible if the system and the website itself are fully operational. The licence system is calculated on the basis of the time you have registered your account, in this case if you do not log in or do not use your account we will not replace the time and the COGotini website is in no way obliged to refund you.
We cannot transfer credits between different services or tools.
The license is credited immediately after purchase and you are responsible for using it, even if you do not log in to your account.

7. COGotini offers intangible irrevocable goods, therefore we do not refund any money once the order has been fulfilled and the goods have been dispatched.

Therefore, we do ACTUALLY honour requests for refunds for the following reasons:
Failure to deliver the product:

- Claims of non-delivery must be submitted in writing to our support team within 3 days of placing the order. Otherwise the campaign will be deemed to have been completed.
